Day of Coordinator - Helps with the execution of the event, on the day of the event

Event Coordinator - Helps with planning

Virtual assistant - Completes tasks virtually

Yes! We love showing up for our clients!

We maintain open lines of communication through regular updates via phone calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring clients are informed and involved in decision-making. 

What is your cancellation or refund policy? 

Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the agreement terms.

How far in advance should I hire an event coordinator? 

It’s generally recommended to hire an event coordinator at least 3 months to 1 year in advance, depending on the complexity of the event and venue availability.
